Delivery Terms
Delivery in Australia: allow up to 14 days for delivery (you will be notified if there is an unexpected delay).
Delivery in New Zealand: allow up to 28 days for delivery (you will be notified if there is an unexpected delay).
For all orders, goods will not be shipped until payment has been received.
Sold Out and Back Orders
You will be notified immediately if any item is sold out or on back order.
Overseas Delivery
Overseas orders: Air mail postage is charged at a cost according to weight, standard Australian airmail charges will apply. We mail anywhere in the world - delivery time varies according to destination and will be sent by standard air mail.
It is your responsibility as the customer to pay all applicable customs fees and taxes for your country. If you refuse to pay these charges then your order may be abandoned and you will lose your goods as well as your money.
If your goods do not arrive within 28 days of despatch, first contact us to confirm shipping of your order and all delivery details are correct. We cannot track lost or missing Australia Post parcels until 28 days have elapsed from the shipping date. Unfortunately we cannot replace your order until the courier or postal service has confirmed that your parcel has been lost/damaged.
Payment
Credit Cards
The following credit cards are accepted - VISA, Mastercard and Bankcard and are processed by Paymate - www.paymate.com.au. However, we reserve the right to deliver only to the cardholders billing address. Orders sent to a non card registered address are sent at the customers liability. If requesting an alternative delivery address please state this on your order, along with your card registered address. You may be asked to provide us with proof of your address at anytime. If you refuse to provide us with this evidence, your order may be cancelled. This is designed to protect ALL customers against credit card fraud.
If you are using a credit card not belonging to yourself, you must give the cardholder’s full name and address. We will then contact the cardholder to obtain approval. The use of stolen credit cards will result in police notification and court action in all cases.
PayPal
If you wish to use Paypal then please send your payment to info@showponymusic.com.au and check the box in the payment section.
Bank - Direct Deposit
We also accept payments directly into our bank account, either over the counter or via internet banking, whichever is most convenient for you. Here are the details you will need to make a direct deposit:

Please quote the Order ID along with your name when making the deposit and then email the refererence/receipt number issued to you if submitting through internet banking.
Refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchase or change your mind, you may return it within 28 days of purchase to PO Box 2639 Footscray VIC 3011 Australia. You have the option of receiving a credit note which can be used at anytime or a refund (excluding postage costs)
If CDs or vinyl are damaged or unplayable, you may return the goods for exchange, a credit note or refund (excluding postage costs).
If you receive goods which have been damaged in the post, you must notify Australia Post within 7 days of receipt.
A claim should be made against Australia Post for the damaged item. No postal insurance is included within the cost of postage, unless otherwise advised or if it has been specifically requested and paid for at the time of your order. If you wish to do this, please e-mail info@showponymusic.com.au in advance of your order.
Returns/Cancellations
You may cancel any order BEFORE it has been shipped. Once shipped it is complete and cannot be cancelled. If you cancel an order by email you must wait to receive a confirmation of the cancellation. Your order IS NOT cancelled until you receive this. You can contact us at info@showponymusic.com.au to cancel your order.
Privacy Statement
By submitting your order, you are offering to buy the goods, and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying those goods (including passing your personal details onto couriers and other subcontractors). All personal information collected by Show Pony Music will comply with the Australian National Privacy Principles (Dec 2003).
We will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is accurate and provide opportunities for individuals to update their personal information.
Personal Information is stored in both hard copy and on computer. Reasonable steps will be taken to ensure that hard copies of personal information and personal information stored on computers are secure.
We regularly delete, destroy or de-identify personal information if the information is no longer needed by us.

We may refuse to take your orders if we feel you have been false in your information. We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions at any time without prior notification.
